Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assistants and aides, and serve as a clinical instructor for assigned students.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest professional practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program or equivalent.
  • Valid PT license or approved license applicant/resident training program employee.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience in physical therapy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and technology proficiency.
