Compensation Details

Starting Pay Rate: $13.67 / Hour

Work Schedule

Shift Details: Saturday and Sunday 2pm - 10pm; Wednesday and Thursday 10pm - 6am

Role Responsibilities:

As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, with varying conditions depending on the client site.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience required.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal® considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, in accordance with the law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local regulations and may be necessary prior to employment. A valid driver's license is required for driving roles only.
