Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Possess over 4 years of Business Analysis experience, including:
  • Facilitating or playing a significant role in Discovery Workshops.
  • Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Identifying operational gaps and challenges.
  • Translating requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring client approval.
  • Preparing and conducting Sprint End client demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with technical leads, both onshore and offshore.
  • Employing analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Drafting Stories from Epics, managing refinement sessions, and leading daily stand-ups.
  • Building strong relationships among Product Owners, Clients, and other project stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years applying Salesforce Best Practices.
  • Expertise in determining when to use configuration versus custom code or App Exchange products.
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar Project Management tools.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Configuration Skills:
  • Workflow/Process Builder and Flow management.
  • Approval Processes implementation.
  • Org Wide Sharing Rules setup.
  • Role hierarchy and User Profiles configuration.
  • Data migration using Data Loader.
  • Creation of Reports and Dashboards.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce App Builder, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
Certifications:
  • Agile certifications (SAFe, IIBA, PMI, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM functionalities.
  • Prior experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training.
  • Background in a technical customer support environment.
  • Experience leading Salesforce projects and programs.
