Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and sustain comprehensive technical documentation for our offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to produce demonstration applications, sample code, Postman collections, and other developer resources that cater to practical use cases.
- Interact with developers to ascertain their requirements and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Offer technical assistance to developers utilizing our platform, diagnosing issues, and working towards bug resolution.
- Facilitate developer events such as hackathons and technical workshops, both online and in-person.
- Gather and analyze feedback from developers to guide product development priorities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in conveying technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, through written and verbal communication.
- Full-stack development expertise, capable of leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies to create and deploy functional demo applications.
- Self-motivated learner with the ability to acquire new technical knowledge independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges autonomously.
- Passionate about engaging directly with developers and supporting their success.
- Experience in crafting developer documentation and technical materials.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background as a software engineer, developer advocate/evangelist, partner engineer, sales engineer, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in generating technical content (blogs, tutorials, videos, etc.).
- Familiarity with public speaking or presenting at developer-focused events.
- Proficient in writing markdown and publishing through a content management system.
Compensation:
The pay rate range mentioned is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting anticipates for this role (actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and client requirements).
