This is how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees.

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for our Demand Side Platform (DSP). In this role, you'll focus on enhancing our ad tech offerings, leveraging advanced audience targeting, machine learning systems, and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, innovative solutions for advertisers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our DSP platform, focusing on leveraging identity data and machine learning systems to optimize targeting, bidding, and campaign performance.
  • Ad Tech Identity & Addressability: Stay on top of the evolution of addressability and understand its role in audience segmentation and targeting within a privacy-first ad tech landscape. Drive product features that enhance user matching and ID management.
  • Machine Learning Integration: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to manage and scale machine learning systems that drive predictive models, optimization algorithms, and real-time bidding strategies. Ensure that ML-driven enhancements improve campaign efficiency and ROI for clients.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use SQL and data analysis tools to analyze campaign performance and identify trends. Generate actionable insights that improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROI, and viewability.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Partner with engineering, data science, and sales teams to deliver innovative DSP features. Align cross-functional teams on product goals and ensure timely execution of the product roadmap.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and agencies, ensuring their needs are understood and incorporated into the product strategy. Gather feedback to inform product iterations that drive value and retention.
  • Storytelling Through Data: Use your expertise in data to build compelling narratives that explain product performance, optimization strategies, and future enhancements to stakeholders. Communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on the latest trends in ad tech, identity resolution, machine learning, and privacy regulations. Use this knowledge to inform the product roadmap and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Ownership of Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and optimization. Ensure that product features deliver value to clients, focusing on improving campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the needs of advertisers and agencies by continuously refining the product to meet their evolving demands. Ensure that features align with business objectives and market demands.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in ad tech, marketplace, or other data-driven, technical domains.
  • Experience working with ad tech identity solutions such as MAIDs, cookies, IDFVs, and other identifiers.
  • Proven experience working with or managing products that incorporate machine learning systems for optimization and predictive modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to think strategically and back decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with technical, sales, and operations teams to align product goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • A strong focus on customer success and the ability to translate client feedback into impactful product features.
