Work Environment:
This position is designated as Remote, with work conducted in a specified location.
Your Responsibilities:
Upon successful completion of the Trane Technologies Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program, you will take on the role of an Energy Engineer at a predetermined office location.
As an Energy Engineer, your focus will be on transforming data into actionable insights to deliver results for clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Depending on your area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:
Conducting thorough analyses of the economic implications of utility company rate structures and supply-side options across diverse customer environments.
Performing building assessments to identify energy conservation measures (architectural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) in commercial, institutional, and industrial settings.
Assisting with energy simulation models while applying fundamental HVAC principles and understanding utility business operations and consultative solution selling.
Providing regular consultations to offer insights into clients' energy usage, building operations, technical support/training needs, indoor environmental quality, and asset management.
Base Pay:
$75,000
During the training phase, lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation assistance will be provided.

Training Locations:
In-person training will occur at various company sites, ranging from one week to four weeks.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
Preferred:
Specialization in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
This posting encompasses multiple opportunities.
Some positions may be remote, while others may necessitate a hybrid or onsite presence at one of our facilities across North America.

DUI in the previous 3 years
Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple minor infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
