About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Professional to join our team at Window Genie. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality window cleaning and related services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide various services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, to our customers.
  • Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, conducting walkthroughs, asking for reviews, and making recommendations for additional services.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is clean and in working order.
  • Follow the Window Genie Way, our proven system for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
