Job Summary

Foothill De Anza Community College District is seeking a qualified part-time Accounting Instructor to join our team. As an Accounting Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Accounting courses and contributing to the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Accounting courses to students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to teach a variety of Accounting courses.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, non-tenure track position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
