Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at TopBuild Corp.

As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling product lines to commercial accounts and building trusted relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying prospective customers and generating new business leads
  • Conducting daily sales calls, providing proposals, and managing accounts
  • Providing product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers' needs and interests
  • Understanding the market, monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
  • Communicating company safety programs to customers and inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns
  • Managing customer experience from initial sale to project completion

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in building products/construction
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License
  • Clear Post Offer Drug Screen
