We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at TopBuild Corp.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent sales skills.

As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling product lines to commercial accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying prospective customers and generating new business leads.
  • Conducting daily sales calls, providing proposals, and managing accounts.
  • Providing product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on their needs and interests.
  • Understanding the market, monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Communicating company safety programs to customers and inspecting job sites to identify any safety concerns.
  • Managing customer experience from initial sale to project completion.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in building products/construction.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  • Clear post-offer drug screen.
