Key Duties Include:

  • Demonstrating expertise in all machinery and equipment, ensuring appropriate solutions are applied for optimal performance.
  • Building rapport with customers at various levels, effectively communicating technical issues related to repairs and installations.
  • Utilizing extensive service and product manuals, vendor specifications, and updates to guarantee high-quality technical services.
  • Managing repair and installation projects within budgetary constraints while maintaining quality standards.
  • Safely handling a variety of materials and operating tools and machinery in compliance with company protocols.
  • Utilizing shop tools and machinery, including grinders, torches, cutters, and welders, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards, providing customers with exceptional products and services.
  • Offering constructive recommendations to enhance technical service processes and foster customer loyalty.
  • Overseeing project management to keep all equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
  • Monitoring expenses and adhering to budget guidelines throughout the year.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of industrial rotating equipment; formal technical training is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A valid Driver's License with a favorable driving record is required; CDL is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Completion of a 10-hour OSHA safety course is required.
  • Successful passing of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Work Schedule

This position typically operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime as necessary.
