Corporate Receptionist Job Description

ADMA Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to creating innovative products for immuno-deficient patients. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with a high level of customer service and positive demeanor.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to the overall site.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing activities such as meetings, travel, and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Sort, review, and manage mail appropriately.
  • Typing and designing general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, and business plans.
  • Exercise sound judgment in addressing and proactively managing daily business issues.
  • Maintain an orderly and logical paper and digital filing system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Two or more years of successful administrative experience.
