Our diverse teams offer a wide array of capabilities, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our stakeholders through aligned teams (Group Finance), specialized functions (Group Tax, Treasury, Planning and Performance Management, Investor Relations, Chief Accounting Office), and change facilitators (Finance Change). Together, we manage all financial aspects for Deutsche Bank on a global scale.

Role Structure:
This program consists of multiple rotations through different Finance areas, each providing insight into distinct core responsibilities. The program begins with an intensive overview of our operations, followed by immediate involvement in specific deliverables within your team during the first rotation. You will gain a deep understanding of our culture, methodologies, and systems by collaborating with a diverse range of colleagues to deliver accurate financial results and insights. This experience will foster both professional and personal growth, laying a solid foundation for a successful career.

Potential Finance Activities:
During your rotations, you may engage in various finance-related tasks, including financial and regulatory reporting, treasury and liquidity management, maintenance of the official financial records, and participation in special projects.

Candidate Profile:
We seek intelligent and adaptable individuals with strong communication skills, holding degrees across various disciplines. While a solid understanding of numeracy is beneficial for certain roles, a formal background in mathematics or finance is not a prerequisite. Our extensive training programs will provide you with the necessary technical knowledge to thrive in your career.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Graduate Program, candidates must:

  • Complete all academic requirements for graduation.
  • Be available for full-time employment.
  • Have no more than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience.
