Essential functions include:

  • Managing the credit process effectively.
  • Engaging in proactive marketing activities.
  • Generating proposals and driving revenue growth.
  • Mitigating risks while fostering successful client relationships.
  • Contributing to the long-term development of the franchise.
Performance Metrics:
Your success will be evaluated based on various marketing metrics, including but not limited to:

calling efforts, proposal success rates, revenue contributions, risk management capabilities, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in direct lending or credit support, with an emphasis on business relationships.
  • Understanding of sales, loan processing, and closing procedures.
  • Formal credit training and/or underwriting experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Proven ability to grow loans, enhance client relationships, and cross-sell banking products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and business development skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance, or a related field is preferred.
