Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Porter. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
  • Clean offices, work areas, empty trash, and replace liners.
  • Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
  • Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms.
  • Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old and pass a background check.
  • Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and very detail-oriented.
  • Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor's directions.
  • Follow building or customer-specific COVID protocols.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position include walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repeating cleaning motions. Utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies, lifting up to 35 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Mondays-Saturdays, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (1-hour lunch break).
