Compensation: $15 - $16.50/hour

Position Overview:
The retail environment is dynamic and energetic, providing opportunities for interaction with customers, operating the register, and maintaining product displays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Welcome customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Offer honest and knowledgeable advice regarding product styles and fits.
- Exhibit professionalism and exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to serve as a resource for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding repairs, replacements, and exchanges with professionalism.
- Embody and promote the LaCrosse/Danner culture in all interactions.
- Take initiative and serve as a role model for peers.
- Maintain organized stock and ensure displays are visually appealing.
- Assist with backroom tasks and projects as needed.
- Keep counter areas and restrooms clean and orderly.
Additional Duties:
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required. A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience in a customer-focused environment is necessary. Familiarity with LaCrosse and/or Danner products is highly preferred. Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Word is required.
Tools and Equipment:
POS systems and computer terminals, barcode scanners.
Work Environment:
The work environment is typically moderate in noise level.
