The Role:

Join us as a Medication Management Specialist, where you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team. Working closely with our experienced pharmacists, you will ensure the efficient functioning of our pharmacy operations while providing outstanding service to our clientele.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $17.41 to $23.92
  • Sign-on bonus of $4,000 in accordance with company policy
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and address their inquiries.
  • Confirm the accuracy of patient records.
  • Receive and validate prescriptions.
  • Process prescriptions electronically, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Resolve issues as they arise, including rejected insurance claims.
  • Select and measure medications to fulfill prescriptions.
  • Organize, stock, and label medications while monitoring inventory levels.
  • Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping as assigned.
  • Prepare the pharmacy for operation by sterilizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Adhere to all security protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.
