Position Overview:

As a Nuclear Cardiovascular Services Technician, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of a Nuclear Medicine training program.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a nuclear medicine technologist in a clinical environment.

All employees are required to undergo initial and ongoing training tailored to the specific needs of the patient population served.


Licenses and Certifications:
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from the Texas Department of Health.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide assigned personnel, ensuring effective planning and operation of the nuclear services section.
  • Evaluate employee performance and implement necessary personnel actions.
  • Foster a productive work environment by providing clear expectations and motivation.
  • Maintain equipment service records and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
