Position: Cybersecurity Recovery Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary security liaison for clients and essential stakeholders during the recovery phase of incidents.
  • Oversee and prioritize daily and weekly activities in alignment with business requirements while following security best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management Office (PMO) for task management, progress updates, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
  • Adopt and implement best practices in incident management, cybersecurity evaluation, and case handling.
  • Maintain the security, manageability, and operational integrity of IT services throughout the recovery operations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Dell and/or VMware technologies.
  • Proven experience in incident response operations.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to travel to client sites on short notice.
