CrowdRx Medical Operations Coordinator – New York Road Runners and TCS NYC Marathon Medical Program

CrowdRx is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and delivery of on-site medical services for our events.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the Medical Director and Operations Manager to plan and execute medical services for events
- Develop and implement emergency action plans, medical action plans, and emergency operations guides
- Oversee staff of full-time specialists and part-time support staff
- Coordinate with the New York Road Runners team to plan for and execute world-class medical care at NYRR events
- Attend and participate in planning sessions, review meetings, and briefings with stakeholders, City resources, and customer agents
- Work with other internal departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Coordinate with the Medical Director to ensure operational alignment with clinical goals and benchmarks
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and regulations
- Lead post-event debriefs with field and supervisory staff to identify areas for improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current and valid New York State EMT or Paramedic certification or Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- State-approved CPR certification required
- Current and valid Driver's License required
- 2 to 3 years field experience as EMS Provider required with prior EMS supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800 certifications required at time of application, 300, 400 required within two months of appointment through a company-sponsored training program
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite with a solid working knowledge in Excel
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet platform or similar software
- Demonstrated competency of ICS structure and emergency operations
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with leadership, field staff, and customers
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, clients, and patients
