About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Architect to join our team at lululemon. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce solution designs and strategies that leverage capabilities or integrations with Oracle ATG Commerce and IBM Sterling Distributed Order Management.
  • Define the process, operations, and structural measures that system-level solutions must meet during implementation.
  • Identify and encode compliance and non-functional requirements for solution architectures, considering accessibility, achievability, authentication, authorization, legal, privacy, security, supportability, and usability.
  • Define and prescribe the architectural modularity characteristics of software solution designs, including cohesion, coupling, abstractness, connascence, and stability.
  • Define and describe the software delivery capabilities that implementation teams must use, including continuous integration, software release management tools, security mitigations, code integration and review procedures, software testing, and data management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 8 years of work experience in Information Technology.
  • 8 years of experience in developing e-commerce solution designs and strategies, with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
  • 2 years of experience developing e-commerce solution designs and strategies in headless fronted architectures and micro-frontends, Rest API designs and scalability for multi-channel usage, capabilities or integrations with Demandware and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commerce Tools, Search Engines, Catalog & Pricing Systems, Identity Systems, Marketing Systems, and Order Management Systems.

Work Environment

Your role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits

Lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $253,315.00 to $273,315.00 annually, with a base pay offered based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
