Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new procedures, and emerging trends in forensic nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Florida.
