Job Summary

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the field planning and production of all types of roadway related construction as directed by the Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses.
  • Organize and plan work with the Superintendent, overseeing time sheets for labor and equipment, and daily reports.
  • Review and maintain crew productivity and goals, enforcing quality control and Company safety policies.
  • Follow the project construction process to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Conduct daily huddles, stretching exercises, and weekly Toolbox Talks with the crew.
  • Develop material handling plans with the Superintendent and ensure delivery receipts are collected and submitted.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman in roadway related construction.
  • Knowledge of calculating and setting grades, roadway construction equipment, and forming systems.
  • Valid driving license and OSHA 10 certification.
