Rigger/Ironworker Foreman

The Rigger/Ironworker Foreman will oversee the field planning and installation of steel girders, columns, and other structural members to form completed structures or structural framework as directed by the Superintendent.

• Ensure compliance with TMC Safety Policies and TMC Quality Control Plan.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules, labor, and equipment needs daily.
• Conduct daily huddles in the absence of the Superintendent.
• Collect and enter labor and equipment data into Heavy Job.
• Maintain quantities of work completed on a daily basis.
• Report any potential changes or extra's to the appropriate Field Superintendent.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Ironworker Foreman working on Heavy Civil related construction.
• Must have experience with layout, connecting, and rigging.
• Ability to work at all heights is a must.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret symbols and abbreviations on plans and drawings.
• Prior rigging experience to include knowledge of hand signals, rigging gear, inspection, and proper use.
• Have a valid driving license.
• OSHA 10 certified.
• NCCER certification is a plus.
