  • Track and analyze user engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on WalkMe content and functionality.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of web-based technology, including HTML and JavaScript, to embed WalkMe solutions correctly.
  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a focus on driving user adoption and engagement.
  • Knowledge of software development and organizational change management methodologies, project management principles, and agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and consultants.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining WalkMe content and training end-users on WalkMe content and functionality.
  • WalkMe certification is a plus.
