As a High-Growth Territory Expansion Specialist at ForceMetrics, you will play a pivotal role in catapulting our innovative proactive decision-assist platform to the forefront of public safety nationwide. With a strong sense of mission and a drive for excellence, you will spearhead the expansion of our presence across the country, fostering meaningful relationships with law enforcement agencies and unlocking new avenues for growth.
About the OpportunityWe're seeking an exceptional sales leader who can leverage their expertise to navigate complex procurement requirements and deliver results-driven solutions that empower first responders to make informed decisions. Your ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing our presence in public safety agencies will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to set and drive go-to-market strategy, establish sales goals, and develop processes to bring ForceMetrics to a wide audience. As an early member of our team, you'll have numerous opportunities to forge best practices, create areas of ownership, and contribute significantly to the overall growth of the business.
Your Impact- Team Approach: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing our presence in public safety agencies nationwide.
- Strategic Territory Development: Take ownership of the law enforcement sector in your assigned territory, identifying and cultivating sales opportunities to surpass individual sales quotas and contribute significantly to the overall growth of the business.
- Product Expertise: Develop deep familiarity with the ForceMetrics platform and its unique use cases and advantages for solving real-world public safety and societal problems.
- Market Engagement: Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences, building strong relationships with law enforcement agencies by immersing yourself in their challenges, needs, and technology roadmaps.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and streamline internal sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to customer acquisition.
- A proven track record of quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year, primarily experience in winning Net New Logos.
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
- A history as a top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings.
- Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus company equity.
