Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Coordination: Evaluate client requirements and caregiver availability to guarantee optimal staffing for all shifts.
  • Client Relations: Handle incoming inquiries from both potential and existing clients and caregivers.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Operating Director with various operational tasks.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in after-hours phone management to ensure continuous staffing coverage.

Compensation: Salary - $42,500 annually
