Gastonia, North Carolina, United States KIPP North Carolina Public Schools Full time
Job Overview

Company Background

KIPP North Carolina is a collective of eight high-achieving, college-preparatory public charter schools that offer a challenging and enjoyable educational experience to over 3,500 students from kindergarten through 12th grade across various regions. Our commitment extends to supporting numerous alumni as they navigate their paths through high school, college, and into their careers.

With a strong foundation in academic excellence and a relentless pursuit of social justice, KIPP NC builds on the legacy of KIPP ENC and KIPP Charlotte. KIPP ENC, the second oldest KIPP region in the United States, has been a vital resource for students and families in rural areas, while KIPP Charlotte has been dedicated to serving the largest city in North Carolina for over a decade.

KIPP North Carolina aims to enhance the successes of its predecessors by fostering inclusive educational environments and developing programs that empower students to lead fulfilling lives and become future leaders and change-makers. Our organization is committed to anti-racist initiatives and actively works to dismantle systemic inequalities within our schools and communities, ensuring that all students feel safe, valued, and recognized.
