Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally
  • Promote and assist customers with our Unlimited Wash Club
  • Safely and efficiently guide vehicles using clear hand signals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a thorough and enjoyable wash experience
  • Implement daily preventative maintenance as per schedule
  • Proactively conduct equipment repairs and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform daily cleaning of the wash tunnel and equipment
  • Maintain the appearance of landscaping and ensure vacuums are operational
  • Manage site opening and closing procedures
  • Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to team members to meet sales and service standards
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in sales or customer service
  • Able to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred: Associate degree or higher in business or a related field
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory experience with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Preferred: Experience in the car wash industry
