Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition projects from the planning stage to the installation phase.
  • Lead the field team by establishing clear expectations regarding safety, quality, workflow, and productivity.
  • Oversee daily operations at project sites.
  • Train and develop the field team to maximize their potential.
  • Enhance the quality of workmanship.
  • Ensure timely completion of field reports and correspondence.
  • Assist in developing and implementing site-specific safety and quality programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate field team performance.
  • Participate in weekly field review meetings to identify concerns and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plans in collaboration with the Field Lead and Project Manager.
  • Lead pre-mobilization meetings for each project to confirm readiness of means and methods.
  • Represent the company in discussions with union labor and address OSHA-related issues and disputes.
  • Communicate and notify relevant parties regarding product and installation issues.
  • Review contract drawings and specifications to ensure constructability.
  • Foster relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Re-prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Set an example by actively participating in installations or service projects when necessary.
