We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Game Day Experience Coordinator to join our team at AEG. This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth game day experience for our visiting teams, including responsibilities such as managing the away clubhouse, preparing team laundry, and coordinating with hospitality staff. Additionally, this role will involve working closely with our umpire crew, managing their locker room and laundry, and ensuring that all league requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the away clubhouse, ensuring a clean and organized environment for visiting teams.
  2. Prepare all visiting team laundry, including BP uniforms, game jerseys/pants, towels, and personal laundry.
  3. Assist in loading and unloading buses for road trips.
  4. Coordinate on-field preparation for pre/in/post-game, including setting up and replenishing coolers with ice water, cups, and bench towels.
  5. Work closely with hospitality staff to coordinate and provide post-game meals for visiting teams.
  6. Coordinate umpire crew arrival and manage their locker room and laundry.
  7. Ensure all league requirements are met and maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Be available full-time from April 2024 through September 2024.
  2. Be punctual, able to follow directions, and team-minded.
  3. Be comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Be at least 18 years of age.
  5. Have excellent verbal communication skills.
  6. Be comfortable multi-tasking and resolving issues.
  7. Be able to maintain confidentiality.
  8. Dependable with reliable transportation.
  9. Previous experience in a similar environment.

Working Conditions:

  1. Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays.
  2. Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
  3. Must be able to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
  4. Must be able to lift and carry 25-35lbs on occasion.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the required skills and qualifications.
