Job Summary

The Mobile Crisis Response Therapist will provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in various stages of psychiatric crises. This role requires a strong understanding of crisis assessment and intervention, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family crisis intervention and stabilization services in various settings, including remotely and in the community.
  • Complete crisis assessments for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing psychiatric crises.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Document services in an electronic medical record system to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide disposition recommendations and ensure a smooth transition to next-level care.
  • Participate in rotating on-call shift coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 crisis response services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Marital Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Culturally competent and able to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LMFT licensure preferred.
