Lees Summit Medical Center is seeking a Medical Resident Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Resident Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.

About the Job
  • Care for patients with complex medical needs, working closely with medical providers to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient response to medications and interventions, taking prompt action to address any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
  • No previous experience needed.
  • Some travel may be required for training, which will remain local to the Kansas City area.
