Job Description

As a Medical Assistant at USA Clinics Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our medical staff, while also maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to our medical staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with patient education, providing clear and concise information about medical procedures and treatment options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of relevant medical experience preferred.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency required.
