Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales associate to join our team at Chateau Elan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales achievement: consistently achieving and/or exceeding monthly sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and adapting approach according to guests' needs
  • Client relationship management: cultivating new and existing client relationships, capturing client data, and resolving guests' issues
  • Daily boutique operations: understanding and complying with retail security and operational policies, assisting with daily set-up and breakdown, and maintaining displays and back-stock
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma
  • At least 2-5 years of retail sales experience
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation
  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including standing, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 50lbs
Technical Skills

You will need to have:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred
Personal Skills/Abilities

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a team-player approach
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Ability to ensure all assigned inventory counts are accurate
  • Ability to protect assets against losses and shoplifting
  • Ability to handle all POS transactions accurately
