We're looking for a skilled Polyurethane Fabricator to join our team in Garden Grove. As a Polyurethane Fabricator, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing foam parts using specialized tooling and equipment.

Job Summary:

This is a hands-on job that requires attention to detail and ability to work accurately. You'll be responsible for manufacturing foam parts according to customer specifications and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture foam parts using specialized tooling and equipment
  • Inspect and test manufactured parts to ensure quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Construction or manufacturing assembly experience is a plus
  • Able to read and follow blueprints and instructions
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of measurements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Compensation:
  • A competitive starting rate based on your experience, ranging from $22 to $28 per hour
  • Eligibility for the shipping bonus plan based on performance and attendance
  • Regular hours Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm
