Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.

Job Description: As a Foam Fabricator, you will be responsible for using hot wires and saws to cut and shape foam parts according to customer specifications. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance available when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills, be able to follow instructions, and have basic math skills. Experience with manufacturing processes and procedures is a plus, and you should be able to work well in a team environment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for a shipping bonus plan based on performance and attendance. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with Saturdays and overtime as needed.
