Foam Molder

We are seeking a skilled Polyurethane Fabricator to join our team at KSR Foam and Technical Products, a leading manufacturer of reticulated polyurethane foam kits and technical products.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work with specialized tooling and equipment to form parts according to customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will have construction or manufacturing assembly experience, as well as basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints and measurements.

As a Production Employee, you will be working in a team environment to manufacture parts using hot wires and saws, and will be required to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds on your own and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Physical Demands:

• Moving machinery and potential exposure to noise
• Able to walk/stand for hours at a time
• Lifting/moving: 25 pounds occasionally; 10 pounds routinely
• Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds on own and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process.

Work Schedule: Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Compensation: The starting rate depends on experience, but all full-time employees are eligible for a shipping bonus plan based on performance and attendance.
