Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our esteemed fire protection division. In this role, you will collaborate with our highly regarded team to facilitate the development of designs, cost estimates, and oversee construction activities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage closely with clients on construction plans and specifications
  • Ensure the selection of suitable construction materials and conduct detailed reviews of subcontractor and vendor shop drawings to confirm adherence to design specifications
  • Provide expert technical guidance to team members
  • Assist site personnel in securing local planning and building regulation approvals
  • Oversee and inspect work performed by subcontractors and our internal teams, focusing on architectural, civil, and structural construction elements
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or Architecture is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or estimating within the construction sector is required
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to collaborate with professionals across various disciplines
  • Experience in managing subcontractors effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients on remote sites (travel may be necessary)
  • Proficient in three-dimensional conceptualization
