Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with end-stage renal disease. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering dialysis treatment to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Assist with patient education on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working closely with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
