About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Scripps Mercy San Diego. As a key member of our Food Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing meals for patients, cafeteria, and catering/special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate food production to meet the needs of our patients and staff
  • Prepare and cook meals in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices

Requirements
  • 6 months experience in quantity food preparation or graduation from an approved culinary program
