Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Medical Director to lead our pediatric clinical site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of clinical practice for providers across all primary care service lines at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Site Director to optimize schedule coverage and provider behavior
  • Implement and optimize clinical workflow to ensure efficient operations
  • Address urgent issues in the clinic and manage complaints and incident reports
  • Manage CME time and reimbursement requests, as well as PTO and holiday schedules
  • Stand as the Lab director for the site and provide training
  • Participate in the Provider Incentive Program with a focus on clinic site metrics

Requirements:

  • Physician with at least 3 years of clinical practice, post residency
  • Board certified in their specialty
  • Leadership/management experience
  • Community Health Care experience
