Job Summary

As a Sterile Processing Specialist at Eateam, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care by preparing and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepares and sterilizes medical instruments and equipment using a variety of methods, including steam sterilization and chemical disinfection.
Maintains accurate records of instrument inventory, sterilization cycles, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure that instruments and equipment are properly prepared and available for use.
Participates in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest sterilization techniques and technologies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in sterile processing or a related field preferred.
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a sterile processing or central service role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and other stakeholders.
