About the Role

Big NIL Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized NIL Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our student-athlete opportunities and custom products through the NIL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search and contact student-athletes via in-person and online outreach to invite them to signup with Big NIL.
  • Research student-athletes and develop strategies to recruit and evaluate candidates.
  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating student-athlete candidates.
  • Develop social media strategies to engage with student-athletes and promote our brand.
  • Develop product marketing campaigns to secure new student-athletes and grow our brand.
  • Create website content, including blogs, to attract new student-athletes and establish our expertise in social media spaces.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends and inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and activations.
  • Develop new strategies for increasing student-athlete and fan engagement.
  • Assist with photo/video content shoots.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across all channels.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Brand Ambassador/Marketing roles is highly recommended.
  • Strong understanding of college/high school sports, fan apparel, and the clients (student-athletes) we serve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
