Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Strategy Director to join our team in the North America and Latin America region. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the data landscape across both regions, identifying data needs, and implementing appropriate data strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive data design methodology for new products and services, determining data requirements and enabling business strategies.
  • Translate the region's business strategy into data and AI strategy, identifying related data gaps and required remediation.
  • Develop frameworks to define parameters of the collective use and disclosure of data, considering data, AI, operational, reputational, and partner-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal, privacy, regulatory, and AI Governance teams to review data assets and proposed use cases of data and AI.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal and third-party data to support product development efforts.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience working with data products, either in acquisition, development, governance, or evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and AI/Gen AI.
  • Ability to communicate the value of data to internal and external stakeholders, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with proven experience in relationship building and partnering.
