Fundraising Campaigns Director

About the Role:

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our fundraising campaigns and volunteer engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing fundraising strategies, building partnerships, and cultivating a culture of philanthropy within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to achieve revenue growth and support our mission.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community leaders.
• Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
• Manage and execute special events, campaigns, and programs to engage our community and drive fundraising results.
• Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track fundraising progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and support to volunteer leaders and committees to ensure successful event execution and fundraising outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in not-for-profit fundraising, preferably with a health-related organization.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing fundraising strategies, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate volunteers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and fundraising software.
