Production Associate - Packaging

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate - Packaging to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package materials in accordance with standard manufacturing procedures (SMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Filling, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products under general supervision
  • Maintain accuracy in weighing materials per the correct SMP and SOP weight tolerances
  • Communicate effectively with the manufacturing team to define the status of product or process between shifts
  • Set up, operate, and clean production equipment, including weighing scales, hand-filling equipment, and bagging equipment
  • Maintain accurate production records, including operation/cleaning logs, batch history records, and label reconciliation
  • Identify the need for minor equipment repairs and follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements:
  • High school degree required with 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience
  • Experience in a regulated environment preferred
  • Basic skills, including ability to work on manual and routine assignments, recognize deviations from specification, and maintain neat and accurate records
  • Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, and perform basic arithmetic
  • Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows environment
