We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at MILLENNIUMSOFT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including labeling and inspection systems.
  • Package materials in accordance with standard manufacturing procedures (SMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Fill, assemble, label, and inspect products under general supervision.
  • Maintain accuracy in weighing materials per the correct SMP and SOP weight tolerances.
  • Communicate effectively with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic issues associated with packaging operations.

Requirements:

  • High School degree with 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to work in a repetitive environment and stand for long periods.
  • Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows environment.
  • Forklift license may be required.

Working Conditions:

This is a 12-month contract position with a 40-hour workweek. The shift hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
