As an Insurance Field Inspector/Loss Control/Independent Contractor with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a critical role in helping our clients determine whether a risk meets the carrier's eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify observable hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Collect and analyze data on physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions of properties.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports of inspections, including photographs and recommendations.
  • Work independently with limited direction and guidance, setting your own hours and work schedules to accommodate client needs.
Requirements
  • Be an energetic and motivated individual with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage an aggressive workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Preferred Qualifications
  • VIITA Certification
  • Previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical industries, life safety, fire fighting, general contracting, or property management.
