**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, with an emphasis on limiting the use of overtime and agency personnel.
* Participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation, and recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
* Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
